The training module is used to create training courses that are
required prior to assigning personnel to interact with system resources (Equipment or Process).
Once a training course
has been created, human
resources can be assigned to the course based on the work that
they will perform.
The CIRSMA™ system can be used not only to assign the training
that is needed, but also to track the successful completion of training
courses. Training events can be used to schedule retraining based on course requirements.
Training courses can also be assigned to system
resources (Equipment or Process).
When a training course and human
resource are assigned to a system
resource (Equipment or Process), training and qualifications
of the assigned human
resource are automatically evaluated by CIRSMA™. The CIRSMA™
system provides feedback when training and/or qualifications are
not sufficient.
Popup notifications are displayed to the training administrator providing instant feedback of training requirements for employees based on course requirements.
